If you haven’t got a V5 or you have lost it, please feel free to call us and we can help you send off a V62 to request a new one.
No you do not have to do this as our team can help facilitate settling the finance for you. All we will need is a settlement amount (usually a letter).
No, service history is not necessary however with service history we will be able to give you more for your old car.
Yes, the vehicle will need to have a current MOT so it can legally be driven to our showroom. If your vehicle is without an MOT, we can arrange collection and disposal of the vehicle. Please contact our sales team for more information.
No, this does not have to be cleaned before your valuation however if our appraisers cannot see the bodywork then they may not be able to offer you the very best price. It is recommended to at least have the vehicle rinsed before bringing it in to store.
Yes, if your vehicle is worth more than the one we are selling then we can pay you the difference via bank transfer or cash. There is NO admin fee for this service.
