Bought a car from byrob 😁. Byron was so friendly and easy to talk to. Didn’t feel like he was pressuring us into anything and was very knowledgable on everything we asked. The car we bought is absolutely beautiful and it was well worth travelling 2 hours to this dealership. The whole process was very easy and enjoyable. They had the car ready for us which meant we could drive it away the same day! I would always highly recommend them to people I know as our experience has been so positive and the quality of the car is so high! Recommend recommend recommend!

A big wow to GBI cars. Changing car is extremely stressful but Rob was very friendly, helpful and professional from the very start, that ended an absolute pleasure. Rob took that extra step for a great costumer service, made me a very detailed video as I couldn’t go to the site. I could see the other cars around were very well looked after. Was my first finance and Rob’s knowledge helped me all the way, keeping me always informed. The car was delivered on the promised date and the staff extremely friendly too. Wow. From not getting a finance because another garage were being misleading, to viewing a car at GBI on Monday and receiving the car Saturday. Such a quick, efficient and easy process with GBI cars (especially for financing your first car!!). Rob made the experience 100%, he was honest, reliable and a pleasure to work with. I’m not very good with car knowledge and had a lot of worries due to previous experiences, however, Rob made sure that I felt comfortable with everything that was happening and was so efficient at doing this too! The car was super clean when I took it for a test drive and even cleaner when I collected it – top tier valet service. As for the actual car, it was due a MOT which GBI paid for all the repairs AND advisories on the car – I even got 4 new tyres! Rob was extremely helpful without being at all pushy, unlike other dealer’s we’d visited. I could tell at a glance all the cars they had on show were well looked after. The car we bought feels almost new despite being 8 years old. We’ve only had it a few days but it drives beautifully as well as looking the part.

There was a slight issue with the car’s infotainment system being older than we’d realised, but Rob relied to my email promptly and was extremely helpful and the issue was resolved to our satisfaction.

We got a taxi from the station and when the driver dropoped us off at GBI cars even he told us they were good!

An excellent and reputable company to deal with. I was able to reserve a car for a £100 deposit. The sales team were knowledgeable, responsive and not pushy at all. The car was in superb condition with low mileage. Unfortunately I decided that the type of car I saw wasn’t exactly what I needed and decided not to purchase. I was refunded my deposit immediately with no hassle. From start to finish Rob and the rest of the team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would definitely return to purchase a vehicle again.

Changing cars is stressful, but Rob at GBI Cars made the process as stress free as possible. I was offered the market price for my part exchange (some dealers don’t!) and I managed to haggle the part exchange price up a little (the car was a good example). The purchase price was reduced by the cost of a spare key as the new car only had one.
They appear to source decent cars, which are fully checked over and cleaned before sale. I am pleased with my new car and I’m happy to recommend GBI Cars as a decent company to do business with.

Hugely disappointed experience with GBI Cars. Poor customer service, they kept delaying my car collection and I decided to cancel it as they promised car will be ready in a week. After a week no any single update. I have to chase it all the time. After 2 weeks I gave up as I felt they didn’t tell me truth and there are many serious problems with a car and cancel finance for it. Blue Motor Company advise me to take my deposit back. I put £300 deposit and they don’t want to give it back!
1/06/23 – Really bad customer service from man in his 50-60s (probably business owner, sorry don’t remember his name). Keep ignoring me when I came to get back my deposit.

Fantastic experience at this family run garage.
I went to view a Mercedes C220 which I really liked but was bit over my budget, however decided to go for it as it looked stunning, so I put down a deposit. Rob was brilliant in keeping me updated every step of the way, great guy!!!
Week later I picked up the car and everything had been sorted following an AA inspection, very happy with the purchase. The only issue was that the tax had been advertised incorrectly but I do not believe that this was intentionally done at all so the 5 stars remain. Thank you GBI for the brilliant service and excellent car 🙂
P.S. Had the Williams Ceramic Coating done, looking good so far.

GBI helped with finding me a great car. I needed to find a car quite quickly and they really helped with this but also didn’t put any pressure on me to buy whilst I was making my decisions. They were really lovely and would definitely recommend.

I would confirm what the other reviews are saying in that the car I bought was so well presented inside and out, it really did look brand new honestly. This certainly hasn’t been the case with cars I’ve bought in the past, so it really does make a difference. The car was also given a 128 point check by the AA before purchase which is an extra assurance. Thanks especially to Rob for making the whole experience really nice, friendly and straightforward. My happiness was short lived when I was hit by £500 worth of repairs within the first 2 months. With zero assistance from GBI cars who claim 2000 miles on brake pads, discs and callipers is wear & tear and washed their hands of the problem offering no solutions.
On top of that the £300 warranty that I purchased does not assist in a breakdown situation.
I might as well have bought it off EBay

Several people mentioned GBICars to me. I went down and they had a lot of cars with low mileage to choose from. Rob was really helpful, really nice guy, genuinely seemed interested in helping me find the right car for me. Brought my self a Suzuki Swift. The car had full service history with all the stamps. Was in mint condition! Not one scratch anywhere, the inside was perfect. I’m really glad I came here very happy with the car, drives really nice, done about 600 miles so far on country roads, the motorway, and town driving and no issues.

I found the specific make and model that I was looking for at GBI Cars. Unfortunately this was 350 miles away and despite this distance, and the fact that I had a trade-in, it was easy dealing with GBI. They were helpful, responsive and genuinely interested in customer service. Having sent photos of my trade-in, I was offered a very fair price and was sent a video of the car in which I was interested. The commentary to the video was informative and, on inspecting the car, was seen to provide a very accurate description.

The entire transaction could not have been any better and I would travel 350 miles again to buy from GBI Cars.
