Gary started the business with his Son (Byron) with a sole focus in delivering the very best
customer service.
With over 40 years of experience in the motor trade Gary has narrowed down to what makes
an award-winning used car dealership. Recently winning ‘retailer of the year 2023’
(Autotrader Awards)
Garys main role currently is in logistics and the purchasing of our quality used cars. When
purchasing a car Gary will look for low owner, low miles, full service history examples that
look right, drive right and smell right. Once the purchase has been collected by our drivers it
will then go through the preparation process which includes paintless dent removals, valeting
and an independent inspection by the AA.
Gary mainly works Monday to Friday at the moment – Lucky him!

When setting up the company in 2014 with his dad (Gary) Byron’s main focus was to buy
and sell used cars unlike your stereotypical car’s sales company. Leading with customer
service and quality used cars first rather than profit.
Byron’s main roles are in sales as this is his passion, he likes to meet new faces and help
customers on their buying journey.
With a background in banking and retail Byron has used all his experience to Manage the business on a day-to-day basis.

Rob joined our team in August 2021 with a background in retail management (John Lewis)
and Sales experience in a Vauxhall main dealer (Evans Halshaw).
As you may be able to tell from the reviews, Rob goes above and beyond for our customers
to deliver the very best customer service. This has been recognized by helping to win the
national retailer of year 2023 and a finalist of the customer experience award with
Autotrader.
As a family-run dealer our sales process is not like a main dealer and Rob delivers a no
pressure sales process with the focus being the customers’ needs first. His vast knowledge
of vehicles means that Rob can guide our customers in choosing their new car. Rob is blessed with incredible patience

Garrie joined our team in March 2018 with over 37 years’ experience in detailing and
valeting.
Garrie truly is ‘the best of the best’. This may seem like a bold statement, but Garrie always delivers in bringing a used car back to a ‘like new’ condition. It’s clear that when Garrie valets a car he is almost signing his name on it. His ethos is that small things and first impressions matter!

Sarah joined the team in 2018 with 30 years of experience in accounts. Sarah is not like your typical accounts lady as she is fun and always happy to help. Although Sarah only works part time in the business if you have an account enquiry please feel free
to get in contact.

After joining the team in 2014 Steve is friendly warm person and more importantly a careful driver. Steve has picked up and delivered over 3,000 cars so if you opt on home delivery
rest assured your new purchase is in safe hands.

Gill also known as ‘Mum’ loves to be out on the road picking up and delivering quality used
cars and is always happy and smiling meeting new faces. As well as delivering vehicles Mum is the backbone of the company providing support by answering phones and helping
with accounts.
