So pleased with our recent car purchase from GBI Cars. It is great to be able to place a deposit online for a car, then test drive it on a date of our choice, then we drove it away the same day! Excellent service all round. Thank you.

I’m really happy to write this review. Credit where credit’s due and all that.
I know it’s 2026 and things should be different, but as a lone woman buying a car, all the clichés passed through my head, am I doing the right thing? will they be trustworthy? will I be confident in my purchase? Will I feel pressurised? Will they just be out to make a sale? Etc.
I even spoke about it to my friends and it seems all that stuff is still sadly real for a lot of women making a big purchase.
Anyway, I needn’t have worried.
The service from start to finish at GBI was AMAZING.
The staff, all men, were super nice, empathetic and approachable and no question was too ridiculous. They make a good cup of tea too!
I mainly dealt with Rob who could not have been nicer.
I just felt looked after.
It was such a good experience, it’s a small family business with a really good set up. They have some lovely cars and a great in house staff making sure every vehicle is top notch.
I was so impressed.
Leighton Buzzard is not exactly on my doorstep, but when the time comes to buy another car it will be my first port of call. Car shopping ladies this is your place! Highly recommended.

Was recommended to to try GBI Cars by a family member. It turned to be a great decision. I didn’t have my heart set on a particular car in advance, so it was great to visit a local business with a good selection. Rob was very helpful throughout the process without being at all pushy. The cars seemed in good condition and I was able to look at the various cars in a relaxed manner. Once a final decision was made, the admin took little time and I was able to collect the car the following day. Would happily use them again.

Had a great experience buying my Cupra Formentor. Rob was really helpful throughout, sending videos of the car and keeping in touch with regular calls, which made the whole process easy and reassuring. We had seen a car on autotrader, we dropped in without an appointment and the staff were really accomodating.
They were very friendly, very helpful and apllied no pressure when making our decisions.
We then visited twice for a test drive and decided to make the purchase.
They were very informative, answered all questions and have sold us a car that we feel is good value for money and couldnt be happier with our purchase.
We have never used them before but would consider purchasing again if we were looking for another vehicle.

Recently bought a New Mercedes CLA with Gabi Cars, and I can confirm Rob make this whole process a lot easier and very understandable. He kept contacting me regularly to make sure I knew what was going on with everything behind the scenes. It only took 3 days for me to get the car from when I contacted him.

We can’t recommend GBI Cars enough, we wanted a second car as we work in separate places and GBI had multiple cars that ticked every box and more. The service was fantastic, nothing was too much.
